How pricing works

Captera is a platform for the business that runs field operators, not a per-operator app. You license it for your organization, configure your client programs, and invite your operators and office team. Because capture programs range from a single regional team to a national network serving several brands, Captera prepares a quote for each organization instead of forcing every program into the same tier.

What every quote includes

  • Auto-dispatch to the nearest available operator by Google driving distance, with days off, daily caps and same-day batching.
  • The offline field capture app: installs to a phone, verifies clock-in on site, tracks time on site, and queues submissions until the phone is back online.
  • Deliverable-driven Yes/No checklists, a required note on every No, and the offline Field Guide with reference photos, how-to videos and equipment references.
  • Work orders delivered at acceptance and again at 6am on the morning of the job, with scope and compensation.
