Captera

White-label field capture for survey networks

Captera can run under your own brand. Each client program gets its own branding, survey guide, capture checklist and site-information fields, so every operator in your capture network sees the right instructions for the job in front of them, and each client receives reports carrying their program's branding instead of a generic template.

Who white-label is for

White-label is built for survey networks and capture companies that serve several clients at once: a national rollout for one brand, a portfolio survey for a property owner, a recurring LiDAR program for a facilities team. Each client has its own standards and expects its own identity on the deliverables. Captera lets one operations team run all of those programs without maintaining a separate tool, guide or spreadsheet for each one.

What you configure per client

  • Branding on the field app and on the reports the client receives.
  • The survey guide, including the offline Field Guide with reference photos, how-to videos and equipment references for each item.
  • The capture checklist, which still adds items automatically from the deliverables chosen on each order.
  • Site-information fields, so each program records the facts its client cares about.
  • Operator training and certification for that program's standard.

One operator network, many programs

Your operators stay in one network. Auto-dispatch assigns each site to the nearest available operator by driving distance, regardless of which client it belongs to, and the operator sees the right program the moment they open the job. The offline field capture app carries each program's guide and checklist, so standards stay separate even when the people do not.

Reports that carry your client's brand

When a job is submitted, the client is emailed a compliance report with the completed checklist, branded for their program. QA review, mileage tracking and client-ready reports work the same way across every program, so you can compare performance across clients without reconciling different tools. Frequently asked questions

What does white-label mean in Captera?
White-label means Captera runs under your brand rather than ours. Branding, the survey guide, the capture checklist and the site-information fields are configured per client program, so operators and clients see a tool that looks and reads like your service, while dispatch, QA and reporting run on the same Captera platform underneath.
Can each client program have a different checklist in Captera?
Yes. Every client program in Captera has its own capture checklist and site-information fields, and the checklist still adapts to the deliverables chosen on each order. A retail rollout and an industrial LiDAR program can run side by side, each with the items and fields its client actually needs.
Can one Captera operator work on several client programs?
Yes. Operators in Captera can be assigned to more than one program. When they open a job, the app shows that program's branding, Field Guide and checklist, so the same operator can capture a site for one client in the morning and another client in the afternoon without mixing up the standards.
Can each white-label program have its own operator training in Captera?
Yes. Each program in Captera can carry its own certification quiz built from its own guide. Admins see which operators are certified for which program, and dispatch can be limited to certified operators, so a new client's standards are learned before anyone is sent to one of that client's sites.
Does white-labeling change how Captera dispatch and QA work?
No. White-label programs in Captera use the same engine: auto-dispatch by driving distance, offline field capture with a deliverable-driven checklist, a required note on every No, QA review, and an automatic compliance report to the client. Only the brand, the guide, the checklist and the fields change per program.
